Shipping policy

We process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hotaru.japanshop@gmail.com.
