By using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms:

• All product prices are displayed in the currency available at checkout and may vary based on your location. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notification.

• We sell perishable food products. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on food items once they have been shipped.

• We carefully inspect and securely package all orders before dispatch.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hotaru.japanshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

• In cases where damage occurs during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the delivery service where applicable.

• Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without sufficient evidence may be denied.

• All customer personal information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties, except as required for order processing and delivery.
